Delicious chicken burger with creamy white cheddar spread & Dijon mustard.

Directions

In a large bowl combine burger ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't overmix.

Separate the ground chicken mixture into equal parts. Form into 4 patties and preheat grill on medium heat. I like to use a burger press to form my patties but if you don't have one, hands are always a great tool!

Grease the grill or pan with vegetable non-stick cooking spray. Cook the chicken patties until internal temperature reaches 165 degree F. Toast buns on the griddle adding them when patties are almost ready. Place cut side down and toast until golden.


In a small bowl mix together shredded white sharp cheddar cheese and cream cheese. I used Cracker Barrel Vermont Sharp White Cheddar. Place the cheese mixture in the microwave if it is too cold to spread on the toasted buns. Microwave for 20 second and stir, then spread on the buns.

Assemble chicken burgers with cheese spread on the bottom bun, lettuce, chicken patty, tomatoes slices and spread Dijon mustard on the top bun. Enjoy!
